Space Matters...

And scientists and engineers develop innovative ways to make the most of it when it comes to Cryogenics.  Cryogenics is the branch of physics that deals with the production and effects of very low temperatures. Matter is frequently defined as anything that has mass and takes up space; two essential properties. Properties can change, whether physically or chemically.  This program will be focusing on some fascinating changes in physical properties of matter for which scientists and engineers have found innovative uses when it comes to exploration.  Efficient use of space is a critical design requirement in the development of space hardware.  The purpose of this program is to support a basic understanding of area, volume, pressure, and temperature, as used on a daily basis in Cryogenics.
