What
Goddard Space Flight Center is offering a five day Summer Institute for the purpose of increasing the awareness of and providing opportunities for middle school girls to explore nontraditional career fields with women engineers, mathematicians, scientists, and researchers at the Goddard Space Flight Center.

Middle school girls with at least a B average in science or math who will be entering the 8th grade in the fall of 1999.

SISTER is a non-residential, week-long institute occuring daily from 8:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M. at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), Greenbelt, Maryland. There is no cost for participation in the program, however, participants are resonsible for personal expenses and daily transportation to and from GSFC.
